The Power of now-By eckhart tolle

This is One of my most favorite book because it has the answers of my spiritual questions. This book Talks about how living in the present moment can change everything. The dwellings of past and future are tiring, so leave the “Past” in the Past and “Future” in the future, and just focus on the present. Live the moment fully and see the magic life unfolds. In the Book Eckhart talks about his awakening. Its just assuring to know that life is beautiful if we live it fully without having to worry. Eckhart Tolle guides readers on a spiritual journey to discover the transformative power of living in the present moment. Tolle argues that individuals can find inner peace and happiness by letting go of ego and focusing on the now. He introduces concepts like the pain-body, which accumulates past emotional pain, and the importance of mindfulness in overcoming negative thoughts and emotions. By living in the present, individuals can break free from the cycle of suffering and find inner fulfillment. Tolle’s spiritual wisdom and practical advice make ‘The Power of Now’ a life-changing read.
